| Dimensions | Got this in the mail today and was so freaken excited. Put in the batteries and turned it on….ok I must have put the batteries in wrong, so I flipped them. Nothing. No matter how I did the batters, adjusted it and got new batteries it Did Not Work. Pretty upset about this crap.After getting in contact with the company they wanted to make sure I was taken care of and they definitely did that. They sent me my money back and a code to get 1 for 99% off. So I used the code and ordered it again. It worked perfectly, the laser turned on, adjusted easily to fit my pistol, and I am very happy to have this. I’m going to chalk it up as a fluke on the 1st laser light and I’m really impressed with the amazing customer service this company has. Thank you very much! |
| Model Number | First off, if this laser works for you, that’s great, and I sincerely mean that. I really wanted it to work for me too as an inexpensive device to throw on my nightstand gun. Well, it doesn’t…at all. First off, it barley grips the rail, and when I say “barely” I mean, one shot and this thing is going to turn a defensive situation into an Olympic discus throwing competition(see pics). Next, when I finally did get it installed, it sits crooked which is about the silliest thing ever for an aiming device. Lastly and certainly most important(to me anyways) the on/off switch is in the perfect position…if you’re a left handed shooter lol. Every “industry” laser I’ve used in the past, crimson trace, viridian, etc. the “on” switch or button if not located on the grip, was on the right side of the trigger well so that your extended index finger when off the trigger can quickly poke it on. With this one, you either have to get your weak hand fingers way to close for comfort to the business end of the firearm to quickly poke it on with your left thumb while keeping your other 4 digits closed in, or you have to break your thumbs up or thumbs forward shooters grip to extend your left hand index finger out and poke the buton. Then regrip. Either of those are a no-go for a HD/PD/QR weapon. Just my $0.02 on it. At least my kid has a cool new tactical cat toy 🙂 Maybe I should give it another star for that…meh. |
| Color | I purchased this laser to install on my Taurus TX 22’s picatinny rail under the barrel. The laser arrived quickly and was complete with three allen wrenches, three batteries and the unit itself. Set up was extremely easy, it fits onto the rail very easily and it tightens to a secure hold. I didn’t have super high expectations based on some of the reviews, but for the price I have to say I am impressed with this laser. Windage and elevation adjustments are very easy to make. I have read several online articles on how to zero a laser with your gun. Like everything there are several schools of thought on the correct method. I have my gun zeroed at 25 yds and the laser is set to be just above the front sight at 10 yards.Using the red laser sight outside is a challenge due to the laser power. Anything beyond 10 yards in direct sunlight washes it out, but for early, late or shade outdoor areas this works great. If you need to have a laser for full sunlight, you will want to use a green laser as they are much more powerful but they will also consume batteries.A great use for the laser is to use it for dry fire training. With the laser on, any movement during dry fire practice will be exaggerated and easily seen with the laser.If you are looking for an inexpensive laser to try out to see if you would like to use one, I would recommend giving this one a try. |

I tried for an hour, studied everything I could find bc it didn’t come with a manual. But it’s very easy to see I set screw for each setting, still windage will not change. Ugh |
