| Dimensions | I am at a loss for words on this item and left puzzledIt is not my wish to degrade anyone but this was just an unusual experience.I ordered the scope and was really surprised when the item showed up at my door in just a couple days. I was really impressed by the seller.Upon opening the carton my expectation became shattered. The items were in the box but the scope was not in any form of protective bag or covering. This alone led me to a thorough inspection of the item.This was not a factory fresh scope and in my opinion no doubt a used one on top of that. It was dirty and you could tell that it had been mounted on a weapon by someone and used. There was a small dent at the eyepiece adjustment and the finish was worn off from contact. There were tool marks and the finish was worn off around the screws where you tighten down the scope in the mount. There were also nicks and dings along the sides of the scope which may have happened from a normal use. Underneath the scope the base screws had a collection of dust where they had accumulated from being mounted and the finish where it was installed on the receiver had the finish worn off.I contacted the seller and he was very prompt in his return email to my inquiry. I had outlined the condition of the product in my email and he also promptly issued a return authorization label. I liked the scope very much and wanted another one and that was indicated to him. I sent it back and waited over a week and didn’t hear or receive anything from him. I sent another email to check on things and his response was I issued you a refund just now.It was a 2day return label so he probably had it a couple days and forgot about it.Glad they’re other places to shop. |

The range in our town goes to 300 yards and on the day we zeroed and range tested it the weather declined steadily to a nice horizontal drizzle. The glass remained clear and my son was able to use the reticle to adjust for both the steady breeze and the gusts. His Mforgery is a Black Rain with a replacement Stoner mid-length gas tube barrel in1:7. His worst grouping was about 41/2 inches before the wind got truly stupid. His best were All touching at 25yds and about 11/2-21/2 from 100-300 when the wind calmed. All in all for the price it is a good optic. I plan on buying another. |
