I mounted this up to my heavy barrel 223 and took it to the range on the same day. The scope tracked perfectly and solved all of my problems that I was having with my Simmons 4-16x40AO. I was looking for an inexpensive scope to replace the Simmons and came across this. I was hesitant about buying it but after reading many reviews on it and looking at my other options for under $100, i decided to give it a try and wound up being very pleased with it. I love the mil-dot reticle, the red/green/blue illumination was not necessary but an added bonus feature. Sunshade was also a nice bonus. Good shipping time, no problems at all and nothing missing. The mounts that came included where on a little too tall for my application but no big deal. I would definitely recommend this to anyone on a $100 budget looking for a high power scope w/ 40mm adjustable objective. |

Zero held after 100 rounds. Was surprised at the quality of the scope, seems to be well made considering the price. Lenses are very clear, light transmission good. Zero-reset and lockable turrets for Windage and Elevation are nice. Eye relief is very good, however as magnification goes up, eye position becomes more critical. I will update after more Gun range visits. |
| Color | The scope itself is great! I typically use the Nikon Prostaff line, but I couldn’t justify the $ for a marlin .22 I wanted to switch from red dot to scope. The glass is very clear at all magnifications and the illuminated reticle is a real bonus! For the money this scope is impossible to beat. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because it did not come with sun shade as advertised and the seller has yet to return my email notifying them of this and asking that one be shipped to me. I live in Arizona and the included sunshade was a major reason I chose this scope over the Nikon prostaff rimfire. Will update if seller makes good the situation.Update. Seller has yet to email me back. I’ve sent two emails notifying them of my situation and still nothing. |
