| Dimensions | Extremely impressed with this scope. Very very happy with it. It came with everything and everything works. I did have some concerns about it fitting my Ruger AR-556. Because of it having a stationary front sight. And thought that I might have to buy a high rise To clear the front sight and possibly take off the rear sight for it to fit but absolutely NOT. It has NO issues with it and it fit right on with no problems. I am extremely happy and impressed with this scope. Most definitely would and will recommend this to anyone and everyone. |
| Model Number | What a piece of crap. I bought two of these scopes, one for an AR and one for an AK. First off, the instruction card and batteries that come with the scopes are written to cover more than one model, so you aren’t sure which batteries are for which device, and which parts of the card you should pay attention to and which parts you should disregard. The instruction card also doesn’t tell you how to turn the scope off and on. I had to re-read the product description on the Amazon product page to figure that part out.So they send out three batteries for the main scope, and three batteries for the laser finder that attaches to the scope. None of the twelve batteries worked on either scope or on either laser finder. So either all of the batteries they sent are dead, or both scopes and laser finders are DOA out of box. It took two hours to figure all of this out. Being that it is fall and in the prime hunting/shooting season, I don’t have time to wait for replacement batteries, only to find out that they MAY work. So both of these scopes are being returned for refunds, and I will buy other scopes for these rifles.One other note: SInce I never got to actually use the scopes on either rifle, I likely avoided another problem, which is described in a different one star review: The mounting bolts are not properly aligned for a standard Picatinny rail, so the user should expect movement in their scope when the rifle recoils, causing them to have to constantly re-tighten their scope to the rail on their rifle. This is amateur stuff. |
| Color | I am amazed at the quality of this scope. Mounting to my rifle and battery installation were all very easy. I will be sighting it in very soon and will have a better review after that.Update:I have mounted this scope to an M and P 15-22. I have put about a 1000 rounds through it and so far I still cannot believe i got this for under $100. I first sighted in the 4x16x50 which was pretty straight forward. The only discrepancy would be that the 1/4 MOA is not accurate for making adjustments but that does not bother me. It sighted in just fine. I next sighted in the red dot which I have never had one nor would I if but my son thought it looked cool. Anyway this was ridiculously easy. I had someone look through the scope and tell me when the red dot was centered on the cross hairs. That simple and it is dead on.The holographic sight was very simple. The adjustments were easy and that was sighted in very quickly. None of the lighted options (scope sights, red dot, holographic) are useful in the bright sun light. It must be cloudy or at sunset. This does not bother me but for some it may be an issue. I would highly recommend this scope. |

Since I’m legally blind, if I can do anyone can.You may be wondering why I got a variable scope for a crossbow to hunt with. Yes, most shots from a crossbow while hunting is from 10 – 30 yards (depending on the shooter). Being legally blind this would be my best options for being about to see well enough to shot. The illuminated crosshairs help me out so much and I also like how you can adjust the thickness and brightness of them. With the combination of the crosshairs and being able to adjust the power makes this blind man a very happy person to be able to hunt. With my regular stock 4 power scope my really can’t shoot on point and accurate outside of 15 yards. This scope for me as a legally blind hunter is a huge game changer.I got this scope for only the scope and not for the other added items. I have been looking around for a while for a scope like this, but I really couldn’t find one for what I needed it for plus cost is awesome for what you get. So far, the scope has held up even though today is the first day that I have shot my crossbow with the new scope on it. If things change, I will do an update.I feel that the quality the scope and all the added other items are top notch and made very well and sturdy. I would recommend this scope and even recommend it for a crossbow.I live my life to the fullest even though I am legally blind, and I do not let my impaired visions stop from what I want and what I want to do in my life. Like hunting, I just have to adapt to what I want to do and make it happen just like with this scope. |

I did take a few steps back to 75 yards the magnification was a little difficult to see your typical paper target. So I would say with my experience this is a decent buy for the money and exceptional scope at about 50 yards. The only down fall was the batteries for the laser I believe are dead. I have new batteries purchased, then we will see if it’s either a malfunctioned laser or it was in fact just the batteries. |
