I now know that I really prefer consisten eye relief. This scope is not unique in this regard, but it is on the more dramatic side, changing 1 full inch between zoom extremes. I prefer to set the scope up so that if bring it to my shoulder and look through the scope with a cheek weld, I’m where I need to be without shifting, regardless of the power setting.I don’t know that I’d buy another one, but I can’t say that I feel cheated, just a little disappoitned after I got to live with it for awhile. |
