I expected a small field of view so I have no problem with that since I only wanted to mount it on an old pumper air gun. I anticipated I could adjust the mounting rings for the eye relief and zero the scope much as I have for my finer scopes. WRONG!The mounting rings are permanently positioned loosely for and aft of the turrets and are aluminum, negating the possibility of moving both mounting rings forward of the turrets to bring the eye relief to a useable position without breaking at least one.Also, I’m not 18 any longer and have a terrible time, with these miserable optics, trying to focus on both the target and the recticle even though there is some minor ajustment available in the eyepiece.The turrets have no clicks. They have continuous movements that must be adjusted with a screwdriver or a coin.To cap it off, the instructions enclosed with the scope are for a completely different scope.I recommend spending a few dollars more and going with a reputable company. It will also save you the aggravation of trying to work with junk. |
